Pixel Marmalade LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates InsureRoster (“the Service”), a public directory of licensed insurance professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
We collect and display publicly available insurance licensing data from state departments of insurance and other government regulatory agencies. This includes agent names, license numbers, license types, license status, and business addresses. Because this information is already part of the public record, it is not subject to deletion requests (see Section 4 below).
When you submit a lead form on InsureRoster, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, insurance service type, optional message text, and your TCPA consent acknowledgment. We also record the URL you submitted from, a timestamp, your IP address (for fraud prevention), and whether you opted in to SMS communications.
Licensed agents who claim their profile provide an email address and create a password. We also store verification tokens temporarily during the claim process.
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited. We use this data for security, fraud prevention, and to improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you submitted a lead form on InsureRoster, you have the right to request deletion of your consumer-submitted data (name, email, phone, ZIP code, message). To request deletion, use any of the consent revocation methods described in Section 6 below.
Government public records exemption: Information sourced from government public records — including agent names, license numbers, license status, and business addresses — is exempt from deletion requests. This data originates from state regulatory agencies and is part of the public record. If you believe public record information displayed about you is inaccurate, please contact the issuing state regulatory agency directly, as they are the authoritative source of record.
You may revoke your consent for us to contact you or process your lead data at any time using any of the following three methods:
All revocation requests are processed within 5 business days. Once processed, your lead data will be marked as revoked and will no longer be delivered to insurance professionals. A hashed record of your phone number will be added to our internal suppression list to prevent future contact.
Enter the email or phone number you used when submitting a lead form.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, rate limiting, and security event monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
