By accessing or using InsureRoster (“the Service”), operated by Pixel Marmalade LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
InsureRoster is a publicly accessible directory of licensed insurance professionals. We aggregate publicly available licensing data from state departments of insurance and other government regulatory agencies and display it in a searchable format. The Service also enables consumers to submit inquiries to licensed insurance professionals via lead forms.
InsureRoster is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (“FCRA”). The information available through the Service does not constitute a “consumer report” as defined by the FCRA. InsureRoster does not assemble, evaluate, or maintain files on consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports. The data displayed on InsureRoster is sourced exclusively from government public records and user-submitted information, and is provided solely for general informational purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use any information obtained from InsureRoster as a factor in establishing a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
You expressly agree that you will not use any data or information obtained through InsureRoster for any of the following purposes:
Violation of any prohibited use will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from the Service.
We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief and damages, against any individual or entity that uses information obtained from InsureRoster in violation of these Terms.

The licensing data displayed on InsureRoster is sourced from government regulatory agencies and is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not independently verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any government-sourced data displayed on the Service.
Government data may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. License statuses, addresses, and other details may change between the time the data is published by the source agency and the time it is displayed on InsureRoster. If you believe any information is inaccurate, we encourage you to contact the relevant state regulatory agency directly, as they are the authoritative source of record.
You acknowledge that any reliance on information displayed on InsureRoster is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Marmalade LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The InsureRoster name, logo, branding, website design, layout, software, and all original content created by Pixel Marmalade LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any proprietary materials from the Service without our prior written consent.
Government public record data displayed on the Service is not claimed as our proprietary content. However, the compilation, arrangement, and presentation of such data on InsureRoster is protected under applicable copyright law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
